Emotional illness is endemic in our modern times. More than ever, the technologies we have created for greater connectivity have, ironically, also resulted in increased feelings of isolation and loneliness. Combine this with ingrained unwholesome emotional behavior, which has be! en handed down through untold generations, and you begin to grasp the complexity of our common plight.
